Terms of Service

codice-fiscale.online is an independent guidance service that helps foreigners prepare their application for an Italian Codice Fiscale (tax identification number). We provide step-by-step instructions, the official AA4/8 form download, nearest office information, and appointment booking guidance. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Italian government, the Agenzia delle Entrate, or any public authority. We do not issue, generate, or calculate the Codice Fiscale. The Codice Fiscale is issued exclusively by the Agenzia delle Entrate.

Access to the guidance wizard requires a one-time payment of €4.40. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Upon successful payment you receive a 24-hour access token granting access to the guidance wizard. The payment is for access to the guidance service only — not for the issuance of the Codice Fiscale itself. The Codice Fiscale is issued exclusively by the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency). We provide guidance to help you prepare your application.

Because the guidance content is delivered immediately upon access, we generally do not offer refunds once the access token has been used. If you experienced a technical failure that prevented access (e.g., payment processed but no token received), contact us within 72 hours at support@codice-fiscale.online and we will resolve it. If you paid but lost access before using the wizard, use the session recovery feature at codice-fiscale.online/recover.

The information you enter in the guidance wizard is used only to help you prepare your application. It is your responsibility to enter your details accurately (full legal name as per your passport, correct date of birth and place of birth). We do not generate, calculate, or issue the Codice Fiscale. The Codice Fiscale is assigned exclusively by the Agenzia delle Entrate. We cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted or processed within any specific timeframe. Office information (addresses, phone numbers, opening hours) is provided for guidance only and may change without notice. Always confirm appointment details and office availability directly with the Agenzia delle Entrate.

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not: • Enter false or misleading personal data • Attempt to circumvent payment or session controls • Use automated tools to scrape the service or circumvent access controls • Resell access to the service or your access token

The design, code, and content of codice-fiscale.online are our intellectual property. The guidance we provide is based on publicly available information from the Agenzia delle Entrate and Italian government sources.

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that the guidance provided will result in the successful issuance of a Codice Fiscale. Use of this service does not constitute legal, tax, or immigration advice. For official guidance, contact the Agenzia delle Entrate directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid (€4.40). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence within the European Union.

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your use. Material changes will be noted with an updated date.
